Gen Z: Sustainability Social Media Campaign

Young consumers have high expectations of companies when it comes to sustainability. Most Gen Z consumers want to make more sustainable choices, but lack the accessible services to do so.

For H&M, it’s important to create solutions that help their customers make more sustainable choices. In this campaign, we focus on the circular services H&M offer, from recycling in stores to tailoring services and second-hand shopping.

The campaign resulted in an uplift in consideration as well as a major uplift in ad recall. This initiative also turned out to be a clear driver for brand preference.
